All too often, kids bikes are a considered toys. That's not the case for the Lil Ripper 16in from SE Bicycles. This is essentially a full-blown BMX proportioned for young bloods. This means it has a 6061 aluminum frame with Floval tubing and looptail drops just like its larger siblings.
